Escondido Gem | Spacious Resort Home

Summary:
The Escondido Gem is a spacious resort-like home with plenty of space to relax and visit during your vacation! Welcome to your next favorite vacation escape! On the main floor, a great room with comfortable new couches surrounds a flat-screen TV. A beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Plus, there is a dining room with lots of seating for dining or playing games.

The Space:
The master is on the main level with a huge central bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head, body sprayers, and a removable shower head. You can walk through the master closet into the laundry room, which is available for use. The patio has a grill and a patio set for outdoor living.

Clean and nice home. Enough beds for everyone but pretty uncomfortable. I guess we do not care for the very firm beds. Otherwise, we would keep this on our list for the next St George trip. A

Loved the property and location. But definitely needs a bit of work when it comes to things like linens, towels etc. we planned on using the couch bed but it was a blow up mattress that ended up having a hole and zero linens or blankets. Property manager was quick to help and brought a blow up mattress, again no linens. Definitely needs a bit more of a personal touch. With that one small correction would have been 5 stars.

Good times

There was plenty of room for our group and plenty of parking at the unit and nearby. It was clean and while the bathrooms were well-stocked the kitchen could have had a little more silverware and cooking utensils, but since we always bring paper plates and plastic ware so it was not a big issue. The kids loved the pool and having a couple of convenience stores, fast food place and restaurants nearby was a plus.

Overall nice property. Beds and Linens were great. Needed a deep clean throughout the whole house especially the floors. Lacking some basic kitchen supplies, serving utensils, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, etc...

Family get-together

The property was very nice, it had large rooms & was comfortable. The only problem we had was with the sofa bed. The air mattress had a hole in it, they sent someone over right away to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to at that time. Overall we enjoyed our time there & would book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only two things I would change are I would have some extra bedding for the pull out couch. I would also offer pickle ball paddles. Other than that I thought the place was excellent. Very clean, great layout. We would recommend staying here again
