As an avid traveler, I’m familiar with the significance of staying in a clean and comfortable place during travels.

-Superior mattress and topper with Luxury pillows (Sealy and Tommy Bahama pillow brands) for a very comfortable sleep

-Bar height dining table with comfortable bar height chairs

-Kitchen is well appointed and has all kitchenware items to make a comfortable stay (pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, wine glasses, wine bottle opener, can opener, basic cooking ingredients, blender etc)

-Bathroom recently renovated with a hair dryer and first aid kid provided

-Iron, ironing board, 2 umbrellas provided in the bedroom closet

-Ninja Coffee Bar that makes delicious coffee

-Tea kettle for tea lovers (black tea and green tea provided). A tea set is also avail for tea lovers.

-Large bottle of sanitizer is provided by entrance

-Flooring is hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles

-High speed internet via Xfinity/Comcast.

-TV is a 42” flat screen that provides Netflix and Peacock Flex Box with hundreds of movies, shows, various tv networks etc (service provided by Comcast)

-Sleep sound machine brand HoMedics that plays nature sounds. It’s a quiet street but it’s on the bedroom end table in case you want to use it.

-Playing cards (a full deck) are also provided

This cozy apt has everything (and more) you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay during your travels!

-Pls let us know in advance if you’ll need a visitors parking pass prior to arriving as it’s best to print prior to arrival
-Kindly remove shoes at the door (shoe rack behind the front door).
-Kindly wash dishes prior to checkout (choose 1 hour cleaning function on dishwasher if using dishwasher machine)
-If kitchen trash can gets full during your stay, you may discard the trash bag outside trash bin. Pls close trash bin flushed shut/closed.
-Air Bnb’s five step enhanced cleaning process are followed.
