Welcome to The Beach House at Zion! Located in the beautiful Coral Canyon community in Washington, Utah, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect place to relax, spend time with family, and enjoy everything Southern Utah has to offer.

Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a golf trip, or a weekend exploring Zion National Park, we want you to feel right at home.

One of our favorite things about this property is its location. The community pools, hot tubs, clubhouse, and fitness center are directly across the street, just steps from the front door. You can spend the afternoon swimming, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the sunshine without having to go far.

The home also overlooks the beautiful Coral Canyon Golf Course. If you’re a golfer, you’ll love waking up to the views and having the course just a short distance away. Our guests can also enjoy a 20–25% discount on golf at Coral Canyon.

The Home

Our home is all on one level, with an open floor plan that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. We’ve put a lot of thought into making the space comfortable, welcoming, and stocked with everything you might need during your stay.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the backyard with views of the golf course. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable bedding and its own Smart TV.

The third bedroom is our beach-themed bunk room, which is always a favorite with the kids! It has two twin-over-full bunk beds that comfortably sleep six, making it a great space for siblings, cousins, or friends.

We also have an extra twin mattress with bedding available for additional sleeping space.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all connected, creating a great gathering space for family meals, games, or movie nights. The comfortable sectional is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Southern Utah.

Kitchen & Amenities

We know how nice it is to have everything you need when you’re away from home, especially when traveling with family.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and plenty of extras, including a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, waffle iron, slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, and mixer.

You’ll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, fresh linens, bath towels, pool towels, and basic toiletries.

For families traveling with little ones, we have a highchair and a Pack ’n Play available.

Private Backyard & Outdoor Space

One of the things that makes our home special is the backyard. It’s one of the largest in the resort and is fully fenced, giving kids a place to play while everyone else relaxes.

There’s a private BBQ grill, patio furniture, and beautiful views of the golf course. It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, have dinner outside, or unwind after a day at the pool.

Since the pools are located directly across from the home, it’s easy to go back and forth throughout the day.

We also have beach cruiser bikes available for guests to enjoy around the neighborhood. Just around the corner, there’s a stocked fishing pond where you can spend a quiet evening fishing, walking, or watching the ducks.

Explore Southern Utah

One of the best parts about staying at The Beach House at Zion is how much there is to do nearby.

Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek, and some of Southern Utah’s best hiking and biking trails are all within reach.

If you’re visiting for golf, Coral Canyon Golf Course is right in the neighborhood. If you’re looking for a fun evening out, Tuacahn Amphitheatre offers incredible outdoor performances surrounded by Southern Utah’s red rocks.

There are also plenty of great restaurants, shops, and family activities in nearby St. George.

Whether you’re planning to spend your days exploring or simply relaxing by the pool, there’s something for everyone.
