"I love everything about this hotel, the rooms; great bed, cumfy atmosphere, cleanliness. The pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I love having a balcony room, it makes my whole stay, it's just nice being able to step into the balcony in the middle of the night n relax with how warm it is outside right now. The only thing that I've noticed this stay and my last stay is the kitchen/breakfest (not the whole staff, one particular woman is so rude, for no reason, but misery loves company so i don't let hey bother me anymore n now I've noticed she's been like that since I've been staying here) the hotel staff and one of the managers that I've met is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I talk so great about this hotel because not only is it but i've dealt with staff from other hotels and it's just so nice when you're staying somewhere for a couple days and you have a good staff that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and ready to help you. Highly recommend this hotel 5+ Stars."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel in Southington, and it was just as great as I remembered from my visit back in December 2024. The property is exceptionally quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. And even though it’s conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and major roads. It strikes the perfect balance between peaceful and practical. One thing that really stood out to me again was the beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Waking up to greenery and open space just outside my window gave the stay a calm, refreshing feel, a rare treat for a hotel that’s so close to everything. I also want to give a special mention to the young lady at the front desk. I recognised her from my last visit, and even though I unfortunately don’t recall her name, her warm, welcoming energy made a lasting impression both times. She was kind, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and personal. The room was also spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt well cared for. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. It’s become a go-to spot for me!"

"This was our second stay for the obvious reason that we enjoyed our first! The hotel seems newly developed or renovated, super clean and well maintained. The room is equipped with everything you need. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and we felt safe to walk around after dinner. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. "

"The staff is so helpful and kind! The hotel was VERY clean. A couple of things to note. There is not breakfast, BUT there is a coffee and tea bar with a different variety of foods such as muffins, yogurts, oatmeal, and fruit! If you are a water drinker, they have free water at reception or they have water for purchase in rooms. Overall, a great stay though! "
