"Rummet var inte helt rent och i vÀldigt dÄligt/gammalt skick. Bemötandet i restaurangen och vid poolen var toppen, men i receptionen fruktansvÀrd. De kunde inte rekommendera nÄgonting utöver hotellets restaurang och nÀr vi bad dem kontakta polisen efter att vi hade bevittnat ett slagsmÄl med yxor (!!!) precis utanför porten skakade de bara pÄ huvudet. Vi hade bokat transfer till flygplatsen och informerat om att vi hade mÄnga vÀskor - bilen som sen kom var mycket liten. Endast en av vÄra vÀskor...

"Nice to be out of Colombo. Staff are lovely. The rooms needed a big deep clean. Bathrooms had lots of mould and dirt. Under the beds had leftover over food. No hot water the entire 4 nights. Requested a baby cot twice and it never arrived. Informed that laundry service was not available in the low season. TV wouldn’t turn on. Food was left rotting in the hallway for days. Pool area was great. The restaurant and pool staff fantastic. "
