"They had bugs in the room the walls looked dirty the hair dyer didn’t work. The fire alarm didn’t have a flash, i had little bites on my back, they only had 1 towel for us and when we asked for another one she said”we don’t have any right now but we will bring u some when we do” her husband banged on the door so loud it startled us in our sleep. He wanted to give us towels, but why so loud?"

"The staff was very helpful and very polite. The room was very clean. Plenty of parking. When we went the pool was too cold in the hot tub was too hot."

"Place was filthy. Had to wash dishes before we could use them. We never got access to the pool. They gave us a key fob finally after our 3rd day and it was broken. Host wouldn't reply when I told him that the key fob was cracked and broken, so it didn't work to open the pool gate. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. The slider didn't lock at all. It had a metal bar to put in it, that wouldn't stay in place. Downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor. When we arrived there was a 2" cockroach guarding the bathrrom. Kitchen didn't have any sauce pan or decent utensils for cooking. The one spatula was half burned off. One side of the toaster doesn't work. It says sleeps eight but only has two bowls and a few plates. Host wouldn't reply to help with issues. Worst stay I've had ever!"
