Did kayaking for the first time with my family thanks to this lovely hotel. Still thinking about that acai bowl that I was creating in the breakfast bar. Best hotel I’ve stayed at."

"CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE HOMELESS FOR 3 HOURS WHILE WE TRIED TO FIND A NEW HOTEL!!!!"

"The staff was friendly and accommodating, which we appreciated. However, the pool was a major concern—the chlorine levels seemed off, and my kids ended up with sore, irritated eyes. There were also pool lights coming loose and dangling in the water, which felt unsafe. We reported it, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay. The room itself was spacious and nice overall, but it felt worn and could use some updates, especially the bed frames."

"Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good location for tourist exploring Kissimmee. It is an older hotel so the amenities and room furnishings are older. "

"So only stayed one night. Property is clean, staff -I only met security as I checked in late, was friendly. The housekeeping staff is excellent! There was a mishap, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but an ?intruder knocked on my door 3 times at 230am. As I was a woman alone with 2 kids, I was so shaken up. I had to whisper in the closet to call security. She saw the man who she reported appeared inebriated and was probably trying to find the other Sevilla next door. She confirmed that he left but it was scary. I believe that if the hotel was fenced in and there was a gate, it would help to prevent this. I guess you get what you pay for. Otherwise, hotel is dated, but clean."

"Could not access the hot tub as kids were using it as a small pool. A second hot tub might help."
