"Nice room, convenient and proximate property to town. A little scuffed up in spots but overall terrific staff and vibe. Couple door handles were dangling by a thread and a few broken items (window shade, closet door). Cost to repair, less than 15 minutes and $50. The only reason for a less than perfect review."

"The hotel is beautiful, our room with a terrace was beautiful, the folks taking care of us were kind and helpful and it is located so close to downtown, a 2 minute walk. THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE HOTEL ON BLOCK ISLAND!"

However, the highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a magnificent view that truly elevated the dining experience. "Recently spent a night at this property and very pleased with everything from location and cleanliness. Close to everything, spacious room, microwave, and fridge. Bed were comfortable too! Would definitely recommend staying here!"
