"This was a very nice place to stay. Old las Vegas as it should be. But brought up to the times with "Professionalism and Courtesy" I want to thank all the staff at this Hotel and Casino, you made the stay a treat. Many times we go to Las Vegas and forget there is more available to us in the surrounding cities and areas.. I like Henderson always have. Its nice to see it growing and becoming a more nicer city, but the managers of this city should remember its "people and business" who make a city not you, so choose wisely."

"We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason."

"Good experience overall. Besides the property itself just being older, it was clean, nice pillows, good breakfast and very nice staff. One thing to note, I left a bag in my room when we checked out and the cleaning staff had turned it in to the lost & found when I went back to look for it the next day. That kind of thing goes a long way for me, restores faith in humanity! "

"It's an OK hotel. Room was clean and spacious for the price. Shower pressure was high and water was hot. The little freezer in the mini fridge froze our ice pack so that was nice. The bed was comfy enough. However, the jacuzzi wasn't very warm, the jets weren't very powerful and just basically went straight up against the wall instead of out into the middle of the hot tub, and there weren't any towels out on the pool deck so we had to go get more at the front desk. The pillows were very soft (luckily, my wife brought her own and she used that one). The A/C, while powerful, was pretty loud."
