"No mini fridge or microwave. Difficult to get help with bags and long ways from parking to carry bags yourself. Very long walk to cafe or casino. Food and service at the cafe was not the best."

"Hotel property was well maintained. Our room was very clean & the beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. The pool is shared & is at the hotel next door, a short walk away. Just a very minor inconvenience. Pool area was very tidy & water was quality was good. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Nice pet area but exorbitant pet fees higher than advertised on website. Especially since people hasn't cleaned up after their pets. I suspect it was because the fee was so high they thought it was taken care of for them. I do clean up after my pets. Room was clean, comfortable bed and room. Staff was courteous. Dinner was good. Would probably stay elsewhere on the future due to the pet charge."

"Accommodated for my particular situation and my son’s allergies. Savvy went above and beyond to check the hotel records to see the last time pets were checked into the particular room reserved. Hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast provided had many options and one of the bests that I have had in my travels. They even had refreshing water with an assortment of fruits infused daily. The hotel staff went above and beyond to fix the pool so our boys could play. A restaurant is on site which came in handy when I was tired from a long day on the field. The cleaning service was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was clean. My son broke his jelly jar and they cleaned up all the glass for our safety. Property was beautiful and colorful. I even saw the manager pulling weeds outside! Would stay here again. "

"We had a relaxing 3 week stay at the property in March/April 2026. It is a beautiful, clean and spacious home that easily accomated my wife and I and our daughter and 2 grandkids. The living room was very comfortable for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. We enjoyed having a large dining room to have our meals together. All the bedrooms are fairly large with plenty of closet space. We loved having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the patio. The pool and spa were awesome! The spa warmed up quickly and felt great. The neighborhood is very quiet and is about 1 block away from a park with playground and large greenspace. The property also backs up to a wonderful walking trail but you have privacy as there is a 6 foot concrete fence surrounding the backyard. Renata, the property owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property. It was 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes to the strip."
