The front desk people: they screwed up our requests, I use a cane and my wife is waiting for knee surgery so we messaged for a main floor room, no reply. I called 2 days ahead of time to confirm the request and was reassured we have a main floor pet room but upon check in that was not the case. Meghan bent over backwards to try and accommodate us and apologized to no end, she was good.
Pam who checked us out was rude and belligerent saying it wasn’t Super 8 fault we had no notice or phone calls to which I showed her my message and the time and date we called. She still dismissed it and never apologized. Very unprofessional. "
