"Nice space with 3 roomy bedrooms. Plenty of storage for clothes. Bathroom is small but not untypical of this era home. Steps to second floor are steep, so consider this. Kitchen has what you need for a short stay."

"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

"This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, this is the place! Your hosts will make sure you are well taken care of."

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."

Bed size was not listed & it was our own fault for not asking. The double bed was not what we’d expected, the sheets were pilled & bed really not made top sheet & comforter just on top of the bed. "The host gave very clear and prompt instructions on check in. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated having a reserved parking spot to use throughout our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the apartment was clean and warm even though the weather was a bit chilly outside.All in all a great stay with everything we needed to enjoy our overnight trip into the area."
