This place was sooo gross. Spelled like cat urine and the rooms were filthy. Very sketchy population here as well.

The hotel is in serious need of repair. Our entire floor smelled of dogs. The bathroom had broken towel racks hanging by one screw and tape holding the bathtub enclosure together. The bed was as hard as a rock. All the wood surfaces and even the door was scratched and worn. The elevator was smelly and dilapidated. The carpets in the room were worn through. It seemed to be a party hotel for some, lots of smoking and drinking and shouting. The staff were lovey if you could find them. Never again.

Needs lots of work. Poor remodel, dirty, stinky. Feels a little shady. Seems to house some "residents" with pets, not shaming just leaves it smelling like cat urine.

Very dirty. Very noisy. I talked to the morning desk manager and she blew me off. Did not care about my concerns. The tub was filthy and the drain had mold around it. There were ceiling tiles missing. A leak was repaired and the tiles were not replaced and it was dirty. Linen was old and worn and not full size. I told a maid she didn’t have to do the room she rudely told me that they don't do rooms on the weekends anyway. I have pictures. This motel is WAY BELOW the standards for Expedia. I really feel I should be refunded.

First off, the lobby leaked from the ceiling. Twice. The room smelled absolutely HORRENDOUS; like dirty socks and dog piss, attempted to be masked by cheap men's cologne. The blankets -Oh, wait ... What blankets? They literally had two sheets as a blanket. Sad, we had to go buy a blanket for the weekend. Not sure if that's worse than the hellian children running around, screaming and stomping through the halls all hours of the night ... or the food that laid spilled in the hallway from 8pm until 11am the next morning. I'm usually not one to complain, but spend the extra money to go somewhere more comfortable.

The hotel was dirty! Visible, years of dirt on the carpet of the stairs. Elevators were dirty, half painted, half renovated? I'm just not sure. The security latch in our room was only half there.

Filthy rooms, pillow cases had yellow stains, bath tub was slimy and just disgusting. Room smelled like mole/dusty, hard to breathe. Would highly not recommend.

Walking to the room was an experience of horrid smells coming from the extended stay rooms I’m guessing and then lucky to get a decent bathroom that’s not a nightmare. They closed off the jacuzzi tubs

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was by far the worst. The bedding “comforter” was just a sheet, NO COMFORTER. It smelled like cigarettes and the bathtub had old soap and mold growing in it. The lock on the door was broken and we had to have the staff let us in on every entry. They offered to keep the door propped open for easy entry but all of our belongings were inside and there are questionable people living there. Sticky carpets. We asked for a refund but no reply. Stay away.

The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.
