"A hidden gem of a stay—literally. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and charming cottage that is tucked away and secluded, yet located in the heart of Historic Southport, this is the perfect spot. The hosts were wonderful; they greeted us upon arrival and guided us down the brick pathway to the cottage. After that, we were free to explore Southport’s shops, restaurants, and, of course, the port and shoreline. A welcome basket with a bottle of wine and a small charcuterie board provided a thoughtful and inviting touch. The cottage was stocked with plenty of plush towels, as well as beach blankets and towels. Having a clothes washer and dryer in the cottage was a bonus for us, along with a designated parking spot. Check-out was easy and seamless."

"We had a wonderful New Years at the Crazy Bird! Location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The updated Kitchen and Media room were a hit for our group. We enjoyed the card and board games that were provided. The kids enjoyed having their own space while the adults were playing games. The deck off the kitchen is a perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon nap. Everyone in our group was very pleased with how clean everything was. Thank you for sharing your home with us. "
