"Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Super easy walk to the ferry that takes you to Raymond Island to look for koalas etc( so fun!!!! We went twice) Restaurants within walking distance too"

"After booking it last minute I had a friend cancel coming and was quite disappointed, but upon arrival and seeing how beautiful it was I knew we were meant to be there. It is such a lovely place and the couple who run it are amazing. They were ready for us on arrival with everything being quick and easy. The location is unreal and they are generous with their supplies (especially the cookies which my kids loved). Everything was comfortable and well thought out and there was an abundance of kangaroos out the front. We will definitely go back! Tip: walk the boardwalk to the ferry rather than the roads - it’s just beautiful and especially at sunset! We hadn’t realised that on our way there but did on way back."

"There's just a good feeling about the place. Close to bus transport. Room is very welcoming - is extremely clean. Everything you need. Hot shower. Great bed. Parking right outside your room. Although alongside main road it sits back so you don't heard the noise (very minimal) Lowest price in town. Great value"

Bairnsdale Tanjil Motor Inn

"Really good if you got bikes. We were able to keep the bikes inside overnight. There is a hose near the pool to wash bikes as well. We had a separate smaller bedroom and a main bedroom within our cabin and plenty of tea and coffee. However the neighbours were noisy and did not a get a good night sleep."
