"Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me. It was my graduation weekend and nothing was up to par. For one, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing cold. It was booked that hotel purposely for hot tub, so it was very disappointing. For second, the air conditioning the first night was terrible. We had to open a window. A mechanic came the next day but had to go in and out our room; very uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotels restaurant “Bristo” closed so we weren’t able to get food when the sign says closed at 10. We were told “if it’s not busy, we close down early”. It was just a weekend of unfortunate events. "

"We only stayed 1 night to attend a banquet being held locally, the room was quite large and easily accommodated 4 adult women with a sitting room which was an added bonus. The elevators were quite loud and felt shaky but worked fine. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Loved the location on the beach. The pool is outdoor so it was closed till Summertime. Breakfast was OK. I would stay here again. We went to the pier fir dinner. Food was ok but i'de go there for drinks. Gators had good food. "

"The breakfast was tasty, but not very hot. The bed was terrific, the sofa bed has really bad cushions. The bathroom doors does not close. The highlight was the front desk agents, especially Rachel. They were always smiling and helpful. Thanks."

"The breakfast was not has good as I have had at other hotels. The bagel was stale. The walls were thin and the alarm for the person next door woke me a few hours before I was planning to get up. There was lots of construction going on as the hotel was being upgraded."

"I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. "
