Family Vacation 24

This was a perfect family vacation lodge. We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful couldn’t have been more perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you needed! The property layout was perfect nice and flat! Fishing from the dock was great! We loved having the bay to ourselves! Hands down one of the best cabins we have stayed in.

Beautiful, secluded location

We had a wonderful time here and plan to visit again. The fishing in the bay was excellent and the close proximity to the trails worked wonderfully for us. There was plenty of room for our family of seven and everyone had more than enough to do to keep them happy! One piece of advice- don't be nervous about the seemingly long road in, you will get there 😊

Winter Wonderland

This was an amazing property to stay at for our ice fishing excursion. Plenty of space for us to park 4 trucks with trailers. And the use of the garage to get our gear out of the winter elements was very nice. Also all the indoor space fit 12 of us perfectly. The game room downstairs was a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Memorial Weekend

Jeff has a wonderful property. Very private, nice flat land with lots of space. Beautiful views of the quiet bay. The home was wonderfully laid out and had plenty of room for my wife, mother and 4 adult kids and 3 boyfriend/girlfriends. Good fishing right from the dock! Great time. Highly recommend.

great vacation for extended family

Everything we needed or wanted was provided for except a dish rack for the kitchen sink. Mosquitos need to be taken seriously.

Great house and location for our family vacation

Our family gets together from around the country for a week-long vacation each summer, and this was one of our favorite places we have ever rented. The location is private and remote, which was perfect for us. The house was large and had every amenity that we needed. We found everything about the property to be pristine and well thought out. Our dogs loved the opportunity to run free around the huge yard and have never had such a good location to chase a ball, even swimming for it. The house does not have air conditioning but plenty of fans. We did have one night that was warm enough to make sleep uncomfortable in mid-August, but it is the northwoods, so shouldn't be a problem usually. The only issue we had was at checkout. My sister and her husband were the last to depart, and the cleaning people came an hour early and proceeded to do the cleaning even though my sister was not ready and showed them the paperwork showing that we had the house until 10am. It was an uncomfortable situation for them to shower and complete their packing with strangers and their activity in the house. I note this cleaning crew issue only for the owner, as Jeff was perfectly responsive during the booking process and the property manager had all information well organized and seemed very conscientious, so I'm sure this won't happen to future renters. We give this property 5 stars, fully recommend it, and we plan to return next year!

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time. We appreciated all the activities we were able to do at the lodge without having to leave. (Fishing, Biking, Boating, Kayaking and all the tops.

Amazing

This property is amazing. Rain or shine there is something for everyone to do inside or outside. The owners are super nice and responsive. They provide all the amenities you need for the stay. Great beach area, boating,fishing and swimming the best. The firepit area is awesome, a great place for friends and family to unwind from the day and roast marshmallows or make smores! Yum! Didn't want to leave, but there is always next year!

Awesome spot for a week with family of all ages

Great beach, great dock fishing, secluded bay and more space than you'll know what to do with outside. The inside of the house is just as advertised in photos as well and is very well taken care of.

40th Birthday snowmobile trip

The house was a fantastic place for our group to stay! Everything was clean and just as described. The location was a perfect spot to get on to the snowmobile trails and the driveway was big enough to accommodate the 3 trailers and trucks that we had. We can't wait to go back!

Christmas Break Vacation

This property was perfect for our group. The amenities were top notch. Truly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with sharp knives, crock pots, spices and condiments. We all felt like we were in a home and not just a rental. An extra bonus included comfortable beds. I have a bad back, and had no problem sleeping. The garage was full of anything and everything you would need to entertain your group in all seasons, not to mention the basement rec area including a pool table, ping pong table, dartboard and a bar area. We enjoyed snowmobiling, ice fishing and many fires in the fire pit. You will not be disappointed with this property.
