"The elevator was broken for the elderly to get to rroftt"

"This is my 5th time to Watercolor Inn (started coming in 2017). Love the convenience w the pools (love the new hotel pool). Feel like the restaurants aren't as good as they could be especially compared to restaurants in Rosemary. I do not like the new interior of the rooms, the headboard design is terrible and the worst is the dressers w the non-functional bottom drawer. What is the point of having that? They also took took out starfish decor in the showers, which were really cool. Also...

"It was a great vacation. The condo is unbelievable and the view is incredible. Ana was very helpful with all of my questions prior to heading down. I would definitely stay again. Only downfall is the elevators. It was super busy and trying to get elevators were a little challenging and parking became an issue but we left before it got too bad. I hope to book again and have another wonderful experience."

"We stayed here for a week in late March for spring break and were very happy with our visit. Everything was exactly as expected, including the long elevator wait times - definitely plan for those! The waits vary from 30 seconds to 10 minutes some days at check in/check out times, especially with this room being very high up in the building. "Overall the stay was wonderful! We all had a great time! Only thing I would change would be the pool hours and the bar and grill! The pool closes at 8 pm. I would definitely leave the pool open until at least 10 pm. And the menu for the bar and grill is very limited. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Went for thunder beach bike week and had a blast besides ended up getting sick first day lol. The bed was more comfier than mine at home! Only downfall was we were told by receptionist there was trailer parking on property although there was, it was public parking and have to pay to store our trailer. Thats no fault of the condo owner just Laketown wharf in general so beware if you take a trailer if going for bike week."

There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. "We enjoyed our stay at Aqua! The condo unit was great. Even though the weather was quite windy, we still enjoyed our stay. We loved being on the ocean and having beach chairs set up daily for us. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The strip is noisy but that seems expected for spring break in PC. I will say that the only disappointment was that the outdoor pool wasnt heated and freezing. Also, one of the outdoor pools was closed. The indoor heated pool was quite small...

"We had high expectations for this unit and it met or exceeded on all points. West end balcony, clean, well furnished/maintained, and comfortable for a group of seven. Palazzo has the right amount of amenities without being over crowded. Parking on level P1 - P4 is tight but we were always able to locate a spot. Security personnel and staff are super friendly and always around. Beach service was a big plus giving us a place to come and go during the day. Good communications from the property...
