"The place was just ok… the walls, rug and furnishings were old and outdated. The walls in our bathroom looked like there had been some type of stain the streaked down the wall and was never cleaned… not awful but noticeable. They could have improved the look of the room either way minimal expense… replace missing lampshades, make sure toilet seat cover is not broken, ensure tv remote works.
