"Location is wonderful if you are celebrating your Sailor's graduation. It's about 13 minutes away from base, however, traffic gets crazy around base so you still have to leave really early. The house itself is in a great location. The neighborhood is super quiet and we felt completely safe. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there is only 1 TV in the house that runs off WiFi and 2 of the 3 showers handle was broken, so it took us a minute to figure out you just had to turn it....

"The house was small, but perfect for us 3 girls for a weekend. The back deck was excellent! The driveway was a bit difficult to find…you have to go around the corner and down an alley, but it was nice to have off-street parking. Overall, the house was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had a fantastic weekend!"

"Had to attend a 3 day funeral/celebration of life on short notice and had just returned from a tropical vacation so I didn't want to break the bank. Jake's rental was at an extremely reasonable rate which was greatly appreciated but appropriate for the site. Furniture was rearranged differently than pictured but otherwise photos were accurate. Very thankful for the convenience of parking in driveway with my mini sports car. House provided exactly what we needed which was our own private bedrooms...

"8 of us traveled from across the country to see my son graduate from Navy Bootcamp, and this house was perfection! The pictures and description on Bebo don’t do it justice. It was so wonderful to have a comfortable place to hang out with my son, so much better than a hotel. We were able to sit outside at night and enjoy the gas fire pit, play football in the spacious private backyard, and eat family meals to gather again in the stocked kitchen. "Nice clean home with a great view. It was wonderful to have laundry on site. And the house had everything we needed from towels to cooking supplies to water, coffee and snacks. And the water pressure and mattresses were great! We slept so well! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I do think it could be a little cuter. But they are working on it. There is a brand new park area that’s beautiful and a great nearby place to rent any boat you might want. "
