"A great place to stay for us as a stop over on the way to France via the tunnel (20 mins drive).Really comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated, with a small sitting room and two beds with 2 bathrooms. Just what we were looking for and they let dogs stay. We usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was far better value, plus the pub downstairs was excellent. Good choice of beer, great food and perfect hospitality - what more could you ask for?? Fully recommended!"

"Lovely hosts. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, don’t worry if you’ve forgotten anything! Has been decorated since photographs were taken so now more country cottage than Scandinavian. Terrace and outside of property very dusty but it is a farm yard and the weather was extremely hot. "Overall good value for money. Plenty of car parking which we got for free as delay in gettinf our room ready otherwise £6. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Decent breakfast options. Crowded pool and pool a bit cold. Gym a bit small but has most equipment. Bathrooms need updating."

"Lovely hotel in central location. Our room was huge with a bonus of having a balcony and seating area. They offer parking at the rear of the hotel for £10.00 a day, Nice hot selection for breakfast including a continental option. They also have a lovely bar outside which serve nice cocktails. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here"

"The rooms are in historic buildings adjacent to the main hotel so they can be stuffy as expected but there was a fan provided which helped. Thankfully temperatures were only as high as the mid 20s when we stayed, but there is no AC so bear that in mind if that's something you're used to having. The main building itself is beautiful to look at, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent . They also have happy hour for residents between 6 and 7 with free cheese! That was a lovely touch; the cocktails weren't bad at all either. It's close to Cafe de Soleil which I recommend you go to if you do stay here, I think you'll get a free dessert there if you book a table there through the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay - the location was amazing and the room was comfortable."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
