Important to Note: The main-level and lower-level fireplaces are currently NOT usable. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. An indoor and outdoor water filtration system was added in 2020.

There is an exterior security camera. Firewood is not provided as part of the rental. We recommend picking up a bundle of firewood at one of our local Ingles grocery stores. During the colder winter months, icy and/or snowy road conditions can become extreme. From December through March, please come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles.
