The “Wood”shop, 2 bedroom loft apartment on a quiet cove.

  • The most beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft apartment you ever “saw” “plane” and simple. It is on a quiet cove at Lake Wedowee, 5-6 miles from town. Gently sloping walk to lake, part being a boardwalk. Private apartment with parking and private entrance. You will have shared dock access with property owners. Dock has recently been renovated and enlarged with pergola and boat docking space. Modern fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom. The other bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment. It has a queen size bed and complete bathroom a few steps away from bedroom. Entire apartment has been recently remodeled and updated. A retired carpenter and his wife (the Woods) live next door and are the owners. Washer, dryer and large screen (65inch)TV with DirecTV service. You will have no problem “chiseling” out time for fun. Sleeps 4 in beds with room for an additional 2 persons. No cleaning fee!
