This home is country style, quietly nestled in the pine trees. A well equipped kitchen with a dining booth. Large living room with wood stove and smart TV. Views of Mt. Shasta right out the windows. Two bedrooms with one bathroom downstairs. Master suite with bathroom and incredible views upstairs. Very cozy home with quilts and local art. Double car garage
We welcome pets with a fully fenced side yard.
Open living room, kitchen and dining area allowing friends and family to visit and mingle while cooking, eating or just relaxing in front of the warm wood stove.
The bedrooms are roomy and quiet for peaceful naps and restful sleeping.
Head outdoors and find wide open spaces for kids to play and older kids to relax and listen to the breeze in the pine trees. At night you will find very little light pollution which allows incredible star and planetary gazing. Don't miss the sunrises, sunsets and amazing Alpenglow of Mt. Shasta in the evenings.
Very quiet and private but only 3 minutes from I-5.

Lovely property, clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The location is beautiful with gorgeous views of Mount Shasta. Plenty to explore in the area for hiking and snow shoeing. The hosts are wonderful, and very helpful. We had everything we needed and communication with hosts was easy. Will definitely stay here again when in area next.

This place was awesome! We enjoyed every day especially star gazing on cold winter’s night while sipping on some red wine or whiskey to stay warm while star gazing. Having a chance to use the fire stove was awesome. The kids loved the snow. Even our 3 year old German Shepherd acted like a snow dog enjoyed running in the snow and at one point decided to lay there as if he was in a cozy bed. It was easy to maintain contact with Scott. His wife, Mary, baked us a pumpkin loaf and it was delicious. Awesome hospitality. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us.

Communication with the owner was prompt and clear. The house was clean and comfortable with a very cooking-friendly kitchen. (lots of spices, pans, dishes, etc.) The views of Mt. Shasta were beautiful, and it was easy to get to deserted mountain roads in the nearby forests for long walks with the dogs. The fully fenced yard for the dogs was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. Very peaceful! We will visit again!!

The owner had a clean neat ,very spoiling house , they prepared variety of coffee for us, which we coffee lovers were impressed. Every little detail was made to make the visitors feel at home and feel comfortable. Definitely will come again and recommend this house for friends and family.

This property is as advertised and we enjoyed every bit! It’s like coming to a family home. This was our second trip here and it was nice to know exactly what to expect. We had a reunion in nearby Shasta, so this was the perfect place to call home during that time. There were comfortable beds for three generations (me, grandma in her 80s and grandkids in their early 20s). We loved all of the different outdoor seating areas and the additional enclosed yard for our dogs was perfect! Plenty of special touches and very comfortable eating and sleeping arrangements. And so much beautiful artwork too! We highly recommend this place, and hope to return soon!!

We had a wonderful week at Mountain Breeze! This home is cozy, immaculately clean, and hosts spectacular views of Mt. Shasta from most windows. Every detail of a home away from home is considered for their guests. The hosts are very communicative and lovely. Oh! Thank you for the coffee and the ground beef. Highly recommend.

This was such an amazing property to stay at. It was very quiet and a view of Mt Shasta that was amazing! The night sky was something that I had not seen in a while - you could actually see the milky way!!! The owners supply amazing coffee from a local roaster and also free ground beef!!! I called Scott to check on some items really quick and he was very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend this home! We will be back again.

Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean and we found everything we need to make our time hustle free. We we impressed it the cleanliness of the cabin and how perfect everything was placed. We love the cabin and how spacious it was. Scott was great to communicate with and his response time ousting. Thank you so much for providing us with such calm and quiet environment for us to recharge and spend time with the family. Highly recommend this place.

We love this place, because it feels like we are coming home. It is in impeccable order, and they have everything you would want in your house there for your use. The hosts are friendly and available, we know because we come back and will return soon. The town of Mt Shasta is full of cool shops and some okay restaurants. Scott and Mary are wonderful people! The extras they did for us made our trip extra special. They communicated with us multiple times before our arrival to prepare us for the weather that had come through recently and to make sure we could arrive safely and in the know. They even left items in the garage for us to use for the weather that would not normally be expected. Overall a great experience. We will definitely come back when we’re in the area!!

This is a very special place. From the amazing setting and views, to the ever-changing mountain, to the wonderful outdoor seating areas, to the custom touches (the booth!) and family art, to the wildlife (frogs! Sandhill cranes!), to the enclosed yard for our pup, the house could not be better situated or appointed. Just being there made our stress melt away. Scott and Mary are incredibly thoughtful and go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable. We loved their coffee and homegrown beef! Honestly, we could not imagine a better place to unwind, enjoy the mountains, and just relax. All of this and just a few minutes from the convenience of town, and many great options for walks and hikes. What a very special property. We can’t wait to come back.
