"The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. "A beautiful historic group of buildings in highland architectural syle externally that has been thoughtfully and completely moderised internally. Great suite type rooms and very nicely decorated and furnished communal spaces. Good restaurant, dinner menu a little restricted but very well executed. Breakfast is an excellent spread of continental and Scottish fare done buffet style with specialty egg dishes made to order. Interesting, but very expensive, wine list. Slick service delivered by all staff who are friendly and helpful and an interesting international mix. Local village is lovely and very quiet. Surrounding scenery jaw droppingly lovely. Well worth the (beautiful) drive to get to Dunalastair."

"Our experience from booking to checkout was faultless. A lovely clean apartment with all you would expect. Unfortunately the pool and bar area were not available due to refurbishment . This is a little out of season so it’s understandable. A short walk over the street we found a restaurant/ bar and store with all we needed to complete a lovely relaxing few days by the lochside. We will return as soon as we can to explore more of the area. Well done to the Kenmore team."

"Booked a small basic single room. For the price I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure how spartan it was going to be and had brought my own coffee and tea. However, there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk. There was also shower gel and shampoo in the en-suite bathroom. Nice towels, a comfy bed and nice sheets. It's an old building but it was warm and surprisingly quiet, though I guess that depends on the fellow guests! No food available but there are plenty eating places in Aberfeldy. Recommended for a good value overnight stay."
