"We were told upon arrival that we were being placed in their sister property with “bigger rooms;” however this meant being separated from the amenities we were hoping to use such as the pool and spa. The staff was not helpful or understanding why we were bothered by this change. That being said, The room we were given, which was at the Residence Inn, was very spacious and clean; however, we did not use the pool or spa because we would have had to exit our building, cross the parking lot, and enter another hotel.
