"Clean room and spacious. I don’t know if it was low season or what but we seemed to be the only guests in the hotel for the four nights we stayed. Front desk was not staffed except for very limited hours. "

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."

"The hotels location was great for us as it was in a lovely area and on the bus route to phantasialand. However of a night the restaurant food options were not very good. A lot of restaurants were closed mid week within the area. We stayed for 3 nights and not once in this time did the room get cleaned or towels refreshed.
