"The room was nice and spacious. Enjoyed the black out curtains. The one thing I did not like where room 220 is .. the door to the stairs is very loud along with the ice machine especially when guest are using it late at night to get ice. "

"From the check-in to the checkout it was awful!! Key to room NEVER worked, they had to let me in with master key every time! Staff was less than courteous and at time down right rude! They said last night the door was fixed….not even. Went to front desk to let them know she insisted door was fixed. Then acted like it was my fault it wasn’t. Just upsetting to feel like you’re putting them out after you have worked a grueling 16 hour day and you just want a shower and sleep so you can start over the next day!"

"The front desk staff was extremely rude. Someone opened my door at 10:30pm. I was sound asleep. Phone in the room was broken. So I used my cell. Dee, front desk, dismissed my concern about my door being opened. She was so very rude. Luckily I carry door safety devices which prevents anyone from actually coming in. I hardly slept after that incident. I will contact the hotel management about this problem and staff member. "
