"This hotel was brilliant. We had a lovely family room which looked out to the mountain. Everything was clean and well designed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location handy for travel by rail, bus and hiking. Would love to return here one day."

Ultimately I had to pay for this entire 4-day stay even though we never actually stayed there. On top of that, we saw multiple bugs along with window in the lobby that had me concerned about the cleanliness of the facilities."
