"Vivian at the front desk was amazing. The only thing nicer than the property itself was the staff. Highly recommend a stay at this property. The only areas of opportunity I saw was the gym was hot and could have a cooler temperature and the hot tubs really were not hot. The casino was well equipped and the large selection of on property dining options was convenient."

"Absolutely — I’d make it polished but still personal: I stayed at the Four Seasons during the Sydney Marathon, and the team truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I arrived at around 8am, and despite the early hour, they kindly arranged for me to freshen up and shower, which was hugely appreciated. The concierge service throughout my stay was exceptional, including helping me secure a reservation at a fantastic restaurant. Every interaction felt thoughtful, warm and genuinely attentive. The spectacular view was another highlight and made the stay even more memorable. From arrival to departure, the level of service was outstanding. I would absolutely choose to stay at the Four Seasons again on my next visit to Sydney."

"The room itself is very nice. Bed and linens and pillows all comfy. What is lacking in the room is storage. There is only 2 drawers and 1 holds a large safe. The closet that opens has an ironing board and iron. The other side doesn’t open at all. There is a long shelf on top - if you can reach (which I cannot). There are no end tables with drawers. And the bathroom doesn’t have anything either. Even the small fridge could hardly hold more than 2 water bottles. Needs a dresser to put things away. It’s hard to live out of a suitcase"

"The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. There were also plenty of breakfast options to choose from. My only suggestion would be to make the housekeeping process a little more convenient. Guests shouldn’t have to go to the front desk each day to request housekeeping. It would be helpful to have a sign or door hanger system that allows guests to indicate whether they would like their room cleaned or prefer not to be disturbed. Other than that, thank you for being such wonderful hosts—especially to all the marathoners! I really appreciated the hospitality during my stay."
