"Fabulous stay for my son’s 8th birthday. Only thing I could think of that we didn’t like is the indoor pool was not heated like it stated on the website. "

"The room was very clean..The staff were very pleasant and check in was easy with No issues.. We were in Room 1618 and would like to say the view of The Falls was amazing ! The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Parking Fee of $50 Canadian per night.. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a Hotel that I’m staying at. "

Her positive upbeat demeanour and her attention to detail in explaining everything we needed to know, before we even asked was appreciated. Not often do we encounter a person who takes such pride their work. As the first person guests encounter, the face of the hotel, she should be complimented for doing an impressive job. "
