Damage & Missing Items Policy
To ensure a fair and pleasant stay for everyone, please note:
• Any accidental damage happens — no worries, just let us know as soon as possible.
• For lost or intentionally removed items (such as towels, linens, small appliances, décor, etc.), the cost of replacement may be charged according to relevant policies.
• Unauthorized guests, large gatherings, or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.
• We keep detailed pre-arrival photos of the space to ensure transparency for both guests and hosts.
