Slow Boat Records is a fantastic record store in the heart of Wellington. They have a large and varied selection of records, with a big emphasis on local music, including several Maori records. A great stop for any music lover!
The place far exceeded my expectations!! Only had a couple hours, but you could easily spend the entire day there. I'm not even really a museum person, but seriously, don't miss this place!!!

Just to the left of Te Papa there is a set of stairs that allow people to jump into the water through a hole in the deck. Seems crazy to me!
