"Staff was helpful on site, but we had a lot of difficulty with making our reservation when we needed to change the date. The Reservations company they use was much less than helpful, and a direct call to the motel received no reply until just before we arrived. Otherwise it went smoothly once we were there. Coffee was a little disappointing."
