"This property is centrally located in Rockland and within walking distance to the harbor, dining, coffee, shopping, and more. We had a great harbor view from our room. And while Trade Winds is old and needs work (smells old and we had to air out our room every time we came back to it.), it's in the ideal location and we would definitely stay there again; just wish the price was a little less expensive. Customer service and communication was top notch and exceeded all expectations. "

"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine. "We stayed in the 200 year old inn room. It was clean and comfortable/-very easy checkin. I loved the common spaces and you can do laundry. Everyone was chill. If you are a larger person I wouldn’t recommend staying in this room, as the water closet is very! Small. There is only a tub/shower on the room, and the tub is a little slippery. "We so enjoyed our Maine Vacation and our stay at this location. The property was clean, well stocked and overall beautiful. The location was perfect for island hopping or a trip inland. The host was gracious and accommodating with our schedule. Plenty of pamphlets for activities near the home were conveniently displayed at the house. Walking distance to town, golf course and tennis court and the harbor. Not one complaint to be found. Would stay here again and absolutely recommend this location...

"Lovely little spot to stay if you’re not planning to spend a lot of time in the room-but why would you? There’s so much to see and do. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is fine but not for fancy cooking. No comfortable seating but shower is wonderful! All in all it was a great stay. "

"We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone.
