"This condo was perfect for our family. The pictures and listing were exactly how we found it. There were plenty of pillows, linens and dishes to meet our needs. There was even a hairdryer and first aid kit in the bathroom! The property was clean and quiet. One thing we were disappointed about was that the clubhouse was not open so we did not have access to the pool table or computers. Overall this is a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!"

"The space was perfect for my husband and I, w/ 2 queen beds and a king pull out couch, this space could certainly accommodate more, but we loved the space. Kitchen was fully stocked which we were grateful for. Nothing like falling asleep to the crash of the waves or watch the sunset on the marsh side. Absolutely loved this space and will be back! So close to the beach, short walk down to the gift shops, we couldn’t ask for more. Do make sure you bring your own linens! "

"My friend and I had a wonderful get away from our hectic lives and we enjoyed ourselves. Many beaches and highly rated restaurants close by. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was also very clean and it was nice to have some shady spots to read a book. We will definitely be back."

"Already planning on staying there again next year. Some minor glitches upon arrival but David fixed everything in a very short amount of time. Apartment was very clean, parking was great, and we couldn’t have been closer to the beach unless we were on it! I would highly recommend staying here."

"We loved everything about this property - such a great location close to all major Wells restaurants and a short drive to Ogunquit and also Kennebunkport. "We’ve stayed with Nancy multiple times. Each time we have had a great stay. The condo is always clean and ready on time (often early) and Nancy’s communication is stellar. Nancy always leaves us a note with some snacks and drinks which is much appreciated. The location is perfect for easy beach access. There are also a few shops and eateries within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying with Nancy!"

"Overall, we were satisfied with the property. I will say when we got there the room that they put us in was not what I had booked. We were a party of 6. One bedroom was a king size bed in the other bedroom had a twin and a full size bed. It seems odd to me that they would’ve expected 3?people to sleep inside the king bed especially since we were not traveling with infants or toddlers but that first room was beautiful with the exception of the number of beds not meeting the need.
