"One of the front desk night staff was horribly rude. She was rude to me when I called to ask about wifi. She was rude to another guest that asked simple question. When I walked out to start my car she never pulled her face out of her phone. I stood in lobby while car was warming up she never looked up once from her phone. Walls were paper thin and could hear people next door partying until middle of night. Day staff and other night staff were very nice. "

"Room was comfortable but the shower water preasure was definitely lacking. We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast was alright at best. Mainly scrambled eggs and french toast sticks piled into a boil. "

"The retro vibe was ok, the room was much smaller and the king size bed was a queen. The main reason we chose this hotel was the bar and hot tub features. The hot tub was closed, which should have been noted on their website. However, the bar tender was nice and made amazing drinks for us. The little lounge area was nice to relax and play a few games of pool."

"The unit itself was great for our quick overnight stay. A small unit, but plenty of space with great flow. Very tidy and comfortable. Host was efficient with communication. The only note was that the neighbors decided to have a bit of an argument as we settled in for the night that lasted about a half hour. That is definitely not on the host, and I'm hoping not a normal occurrence. Therefore, did not affect the rating."

"One of the main reasons for booking this specific hotel for our stay was the availability of a pool and hot tub. However, twice during our stay the hot tub was not available due to broken glass(we even saw a blood soaked napkin one of the times we went to use the hot tub). I get that this is guest behavior, but feel that the hotel could do a better job of monitoring who is in the hot tub and watching for anyone with glass containers in n the pool area in general. For us, spoiled what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable stay. "

"Instructions for check-in were incorrect leading to the wrong unit. Dealing with that in freezing temperatures isn’t ideal. We ended up finding a new place to stay for the one night. "

"The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner."
