- Welcome! This is our beautiful nautical home in quintessential Wells Beach. Sit on the open-air covered porch on one of the Adirondack chairs sipping a morning coffee or your favorite drink. We are literally steps to the beach, Forbes, Beachcomber, shops, ice cream, trolley stop & arcade, < 1 mile is Billys Chowder House, Batson River Brewery and Hannaford's Plaza where just about anything you need could be found! Bike ride down to Moody beach or kayak right out of Wells Harbor. Take the trolley to Ogunquit or take a stroll down to the Congdon's after dark food truck area and craft beer garden. Kennebunkport to the north and Ogunquit to the south. LOCATION, LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!
