"This cottage was the perfect size for 5 adults in the family and convenient location for exploring"

"The property is beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied & in excellent condition. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room & we all loved sitting around the fire pit & several used the hot tub. We definitely recommend Walking the Marginal Way, (the scenery is spectacular) & shopping in Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. It was an excellent choice for a family reunion!"

"We absolutely loved this home! The beach front patio and beautiful interior was perfection. We loved every minute. What an amazing property! Highly recommend!"

"We loved our time in ogunquit. The house is very charming and it has everything you need. Even things we didn’t know we needed! Location could not be better. We will for sure be back next summer!"

"This little house was absolutely charming! The owners were very accommodating and flexible with our dates and last minute booking. The house is incredibly cozy and the outdoor porch was a big hit. The location of this house is also amazing as you have access to the ocean, marsh and a beautiful pond. E would love to return with our grandkids who would love it! Thank you Shannon and Jim for sharing your special house with us!"

"This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

"Perfect location and the home was larger than expected! Plenty of space for several families, comfortable beds, extra (comfy) cots and everything you need for a great stay!"
