Moody Beach Front Studio Cottage WIFI

Unbelievable location, directly on the beach. Free standing small ( think tiny house) studio condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. Please note all outdoor areas are for the common use of all 7 cottages. Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed with premium mattress, 600 thread count sheets, cozy blankets and cotton spreads. Lay in bed at night and listen to the waves crashing right outside the door. This is the closest thing to having a bed on the beach! Full bath with rainfall shower head and luxurious towels. All linens included, even beach towels. Moody beach is a private beach for homeowners only. It has beautiful powder like sand and is shallow, just wonderful for children. Two outdoor showers are part of the association. We are located close to Ogunquit beach and the Marginal way. 2 Beach chairs and boogie boards provided. Free wifi Limited to 3 occupants, property is non smoking inside and out (beach)


Please note this cottage is part of an association with the following rules. No more than 3 occupants including children. Limited to one parking space. No smoking inside or outside on association grounds including the beach in front of the cottage. No beach fires are allowed. Quiet times are 10 PM to 7 AM.

Wonderful little cottage with everything you need and direct access to the beach with stunning oceanfront view. You walk out the door and the beach is right there to enjoy the sunrise and sip your morning coffee. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy staying here.

What a lovely & delightful cottage! Great location and right on the beach! It was such a luxury to fall asleep listening to the ocean every night. Cottage was clean and well stocked. Surprisingly there’s enough storage to unpack and settle in for the week. The write up on VRBO does a great job of accurately describing the place. It is 250 sq ft. - small but has everything you need to be comfortable. Host is wonderful! Check in was smooth - no problems! She responses immediately to questions and makes an extra effort to ensure guests have a very enjoyable experience. The rental is priced fairly especially being ocean front and on a private beach. Highly recommend.

Mother Nature 24/7

We so enjoyed our week-long stay in the tiny house on the ocean. Small as it is, the place is loaded with amenities and appliances that work perfectly. The fridge, although small, accommodated a lot of food. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The Adirondack Chairs and picnic table right outside the cabin were in good shape and we used them a lot.Most of all, the sounds and view of the ocean 24/7 is an experience not to be forgotten. Thanks again to Deb for an outstanding vacation.

Cottage with amazing view

A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach.

Beautiful Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage! You can’t beat the location- steps away from a private beach. So many excellent restaurants nearby. The cottage had everything we needed. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the shower had awesome water pressure. We look forward to another stay here !

Inconvenient cabin. Loveseat is to big for the room so when it is moved at night it blocks the door and makes it unsafe in case of an emergency!! 2 smaller comfortable chairs would work better!! Also the floor is very spongy and uneven!! Needs some tender loving care!

Can’t beat the location

Property is very small but we knew that when booking. The ocean right out your door is the reason for staying here. Everything that you need to have the property had. We had a problem and the owner and her husband were very responsive and the issue was resolved the same day. We are looking forward to returning next year.

lovely little cottage in the most beautiful place

We loved being right on the beach!! We walked into Ogunquit each day and did the Marginal way. The cottage is small but well equipped and we were very comfortable. Great stay!!

Little piece of heaven

It was a last minute trip I booked, the owner Deb was great with communicating with me about my concerns (not that there were many) just the fine details. Once I arrived I was amazed at the ease of finding the place, location of the cottage, the view and all the fine details of the cottage. I couldn’t have done anything to make it better. Friendly people on the beach, great walk to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove! Felt cozy, welcoming and a very restful place to get away from life’s craziness. I definitely look forward to going again💜🙏

Waves!

Very small but well appointed cottage on directly on the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the patio chairs or listen to the waves while you sleep. Beach walking can be done for about a mile in either direction and the beach is mostly private owners so never too busy. Note the parking spots are very small so don’t bring a pick-up or large SUV. If the stairs haven’t been fixed use caution! Very enjoyable experience, the proximity to the water here is key!

Lovely Cottage & Location

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the cottage this past weekend. The cottage was very cleanly, property manager was responsive and great to work with, the location is breathtaking. It was the perfect couple’s getaway. Moody Beach is amazing, nothing beats the private beach. Highly recommend for couples or single individuals who would like a break from reality.

Another gorgeous year at Moody. These cottages are quite historic, loved learning more about them from the thoughtful neighbors and locals. If you like the beach it doesn't get better than this.
