Unit #2 is located on the right side of the building when standing in the parking lot. This is one of two units on the property. Unit #2 offers 5 bedrooms, 2 full and one 1/2 baths, comfortably sleeping 10 guests. 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen with eat in dinning table, living room and 1/2 bathroom are located on the 1st floor. In the basement you will find the 2nd full bathroom along with 3 more bedrooms. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Walk out the back door to your deck, yard, and patio with seating and then directly onto Moody Beach! Getting your feet in the sand has never been so easy. This location not only allows for private beach access but is just minutes to drive to the local grocery store, and restaurants and shops in either Ogunquit or Wells! You get the best of both worlds and get to experience two of Maines most traveled to beach towns. Linens and towels are included. Outdoor shower is shared with Unit #1, cold water only.Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Prior approval for dogs MUST BE GIVEN by Coastline Vacation Rentals with a pet fee of $150/dog. Dogs must be leashed on the beach at all times. Maximum of 4 parking spots for Unit #2. Please do not park in Unit#1 designated parking spots. Washer and Dryer units are shared with Unit#1 and are located outside under the deck.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For July 11-18 2026, this unit does NOT include the basement large bedroom that has 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds.
