I have stayed in several motels in Wells. This one, tho dated, has been upgraded and is much quieter than the others which are closer to the truck stops. It will be my motel of choice for Wells going forward.

Hotel is well placed, near the main routes. But the reception was not kind and polite. Rooms could be cleaner

The room and surrounding property is in disrepair. The repairs that have been made were of very low craftsmanship/

This property is very old and rundown. It has not been updated or repaired. The continental breakfast menu was sparse and very few options. I usually find the Super 8 Motel acceptable but this particular one is below their standards. I do not recommend staying here.

First room shower did not work, second room has a bad odor, third room was ok. Room keys constantly failed on a daily basis.
