The ground floor comprises of a fabulous fitted kitchen featuring ample work top space and a great selection of appliances, and a comfortable sitting room with quality furniture, easy-on-the-eye decor, and lovely sink-into sofas. The delightful wood burning stove emits extra warmth and ambient light on chillier evenings, making this room a cosy place to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. There are books and games for guests to use. Upstairs on the first floor, two inviting bedrooms with glimpses of the sea are presented (a king-size and a single), each with hotel standard mattresses and a television for wonderfully indulgent, lazy mornings. These rooms are served by a modern bathroom offering bath with shower over.

Outside, the pretty courtyard garden is accessed from the kitchen meaning that al fresco dining from the charcoal barbecue is easy. And, if the nominated chef fancies some time off, you are spoilt for choice with places to eat out, all within easy walking distance. Hire an e-bike from nearby Cockle Bay e-bike hire, or a trail, mountain or kids bike from Wells Bike Hire and spend a day exploring the local area. Just four minutes walk from the cottage is the beautiful Buttlands; an attractive, leafy green square lined with lime trees, and two great gastropubs.
