"Here for just one night but had a great stay. We had a room (312) overlooking the Atlantic. Super clean room and the property and grounds were very well kept. Restaurants were about one mile away."

"This is definitely not a "resort" - the description was very misleading. It's this weird place where individual people own the "units" and the front office organizes stays. The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. The floor in my unit was utterly disgusting- black sticky stuff that made the bottom of my white slippers black. All of the units face a parking lot, and there is nothing resort-like about the place. I'm mystified why people are paying such a high price for these units. There are signs everywhere about the rules, and noisy people with screaming children all over the place. If you're looking for a place where you can be loud and make a big mess and let your children run around screaming then maybe you might enjoy this place. I thought it was terribly disappointing and a waste of money."

"The house was in excellent condition and you couldn't ask for a better location. Short walk down the center driveway to the beach. Nice parking for 3 cars along side of the house. Two bedrooms downstairs with living room and bath; and, two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen and bath and awesome view of the ocean and beach. Our host was wonderful and immediately responsive to our inquiries."
