"Easy access to beach and enough room for 6 guests to stay. Bedrooms were small as noted in description but worked fine for the trip and downstairs has room to spread out a bit when taking breaks from the beach. Good location off main road in Wells Beach."

"We loved it, and the host was super, super responsive and friendly. It is very close to the beach, just steps away. We loved listening to the surf when we woke up, as we ate lunch, when we fell asleep. The layout is a little unconventional with the kitchen and dining area upstairs, but it worked really well for us as the adults mostly stayed upstairs and three 13 yo boys stayed downstairs and only came up every two hours for the trough. It was great to have entrances for the downstairs and for the upstairs. The house was very thoughtfully provisioned, and there were a few nice touches such as artfully staged TP in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, we had all the linens we needed, and it was nice to have the washer and dryer available. The parking capably fit two vehicles, an SUV and large pick up, and it was very convenient for loading and unloading. The house delivers just what it says it will...and we felt quite a bit more. We're looking to return next year."

"Great spot. An extremely clean and well cared for home. Was directly across the street from the beach path which was very convenient. Even though it was over 95 each day, the A/C unit was up to the task. Have never been to Wells but would definitely come back and visit with David."

"Very nice beach front property. The property was as advertised. Plentiful towels and linens. It’s difficult to find a beach front rental. This is a unique find. Not fancy but very clean, exceptional location. Plan on returning next year. The owner was accessible and very pleasant. All good."

"The house was big and very roomy. The kitchen was good. The staircase going downstairs to the bedroom might be great for young people, but we had four people over 65 years old so that was a little difficult. Todd was an excellent host. Communication was excellent. Going back-and-forth to the beach was so easy. I love that part. The cleaners are not great. I dropped something in the bedroom and had to go under the bed. OMG not good but that’s not always the host fault, they might not be aware I think that’s really my only sort of complaint lol all else was great."
