"This location on the beach was wonderful. Beds were super comfy and yes there were sheets that were from linen company to make our own beds. Towels were one per person and on cheap side. Bring your own. The unit was as described - pictures were accurate. Parking should be detailed as to where we you are allowed, another renter was rude to us telling us where to park. There was just grass and space, no one would know any different. There really is no ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and it was sketchy overall in that space. Would have liked small things like toilet paper holder up stairs fixed. I’m not trying to be particular just realistic. View and location crushed it , could step it up with improvements. Should be noted I looked at pricing for next year and price of this unit seems to reflect a fair price for higher end. I would stay here again given the location."

"Excellent location! This lovely home was right on the beach; an easy walk to town or to the pier and dunes. A beautiful location to for a morning run on the beach as well as to see the sunrise and even a glimpse of the sunset. A pure delight to not have to worry about parking or lugging stuff down the beach!The interior of the home was mostly clean and a good size for a family of four or five. The couches, cooking pans, towels, and bed in the "main" bedroom (very squeaky and uncomfortable) could use an upgrade along with the shower drain. Also, a very large (and loud) family stayed next door who took over all the outdoor space. However, it didn't damper our stay - we had a great weekend and would be very happy to return for a future visit! We definitely recommend this rental!"

Oceanfront Wells Beach Condo-Ocean Surf 2

"The beachhouse was as advertised but underwhelming. The interior was relatively large for our family of 4, with 2 bedrooms, one quite spacious with a queen size bed and closet, and the other very tiny, barely fitting a double bed. We also used the couch bed in the living room which was as comfortable as any older model couch bed (not very comfortable). The kitchen and dining area was large. There was one parking spot, directly in front of the entrance. Check-in details were provided in advance and we had no issues. We brought our own bedding and towels.What was disappointing about the space was that there was only one entrance facing the parking area. Since it was a ground floor beachfront property, we expected a door that let out directly onto the beach. Without that, the property was no better than being a block or 2 off the beach--there was very easy access to the ocean, but ultimately indirect. The property also offered a grill and outdoor chairs, but they were all packed up at the entrance of the property, not facing the beach, where we would actually use them. We lugged a couple of chairs around the side to face the beach a couple of times, but we didn't bother with the grill. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property was fine, but I would not spend the same amount of money again for it in the future."
