"We have stayed at this property in several occasions and find it's proximity to the airport perfect. The high cost ($ 40.00 overnight) of parking is ridiculous but I guess that is the cost of convenience. Rooms have large TV's but with only a few hours to rest, we did not use them. The property is rather expansive and for person with walking disabilities drgging suitcase on carpet for an extended length isn't ideal. Excellent value for money on this stay. We have paid higher rates at different stays. If proximity to the airport is important, this is the best choice."

"The hotel lobby is very dimly lite but appears clean. The agent was friendly enough but quite busy on the phone as it was almost his quitting time when we checked in. The hallways had an odor and carpets could use a good deep clean. The rooms (we had 2) were impressively spotless, however, one room smelled of cigarette. We were on the ground floor and found both locks on one window unlocked and one lock on the other window unlocked. The young adults travelling with us were rather afraid to stay in the room. The location was very convenient to the airport and the price per night was more than reasonable. Checking out the printer was not working but the agent was (a different one from check in) was again pleasant. The following week we had to overnight again for a flight but choose not to stay here. If price is the deciding factor this hotel would make the list but if it isn't then prehaps somewhere else is best."

"Driving up we almost turned around it was so unkempt. I get that they are remodeling and the inside is in poor shape but that is no reason to not keep up on the landscaping. When we arrived 29 minutes till 3 we were asked to come back because there was not a room ready, understandable. We ran an errand came back only to have to wait another 20 minutes at the desk for the clerk to find us a room. When she returned to the desk did not say a word to us, gathered her belongings and informed someone in the back which room to give us. The stairs are being redone with carpet blocking the stairs completely on the second floor. Fire hazard?? Empty box of beer left in the fridge of the room they just “cleaned “. Hot tub was not working. Seemed like staff had their children (disabled young adults) in the pool for hours. Then when we arrived home today and checked on credit card statement they had charged us for the room we had already paid for. Would not recommend. Will be contacting management tomorrow morning."

"This hotel was disgusting and the room was so heavily smoked in I had to leave immediately. Not to mention there was a huge hole almost 4' in diameter in the wall not fully repaired amongst other things damaged in the room. Tried to get a different room but conveniently they were "sold out". So essentially I paid for 2 nights here to walk into the room for 5 minutes and have to leave. No refund from hotel manager or help in any way and ended up staying at the MyPlace up the road. Do not stay here."
