I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the service team on duty on 11 November 2025(around 9am–10am) for kindly arranging an early check-in and sending our luggages to our room within 10 mins. We had an early flight into Haikou and my mum was tired, so the thoughtful gesture was deeply appreciated. I also want to thank the service team on duty on 12 November (between 10am–12 noon). After checking out, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient in locating it for me. Every experience at Sofitel Haikou has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality and impeccable service. You truly made our stay memorable! Sofitel Haikou will definitely be my number 1 choice when I return to Haikou. "

I stayed here during a short stopover before my trip back to America, and it was exactly what I needed. "The hotel is comfortable and takes care of little details evident in how the room was designed and amenities provided. For eg, light switches are conveniently located, with 2 toilet door openings with one near the bed and you don’t need to find your way in the dark. The sink has 2 taps to accommodate 2 persons. There is also a weighing scale, useful if you need to check the weight, including your luggage. You scan the key card to enter the room and there is zero failure rate unlike those cards which must be inserted. There are also eateries and super mart nearby."
