The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. "Nice hotel, comfortable room. Looking a bit dated and tatty in some areas though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I did have an issue with someone opening my door in the late evening. Turned out reception had given him the wrong room. He must have heard the TV as he opened the door though as he didn't actually enter the room."

"Great stay, close to overground which was perfect for a concert we were going to at Wembley. Parking was easy. Bedroom basic but that was all we needed for 1 night! Would stay again if ever back for another concert!"

"Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Lovely to have breakfast overlooking the ground. It is on a retail park so not the best views but great for food and shopping if that is what you want"
