The lack of good lighting in the room and the hot water was only lukewarm at every other motel we have stayed in they do your room every day not this one and tell them if they buy decent toilet paper then not as much will be used therefore money saved

Staff were kind, rooms were good, clean and comfortable however there was no hot water for showers for the 3 nights we stayed. When we told management, we were informed that’s because the Motel was full and everyone was using the water. Even when trying again in the morning, still stone cold! I would suggest you upgrade the hot water system if you cannot supply enough water for everyone if the motel is fully booked! Also there was rubbish everywhere! The skip bin was overflowing with possums rummaging through it at night. Whether is was them spreading the rubbish all over the property I don’t know, however it was just scattered all over. There was no attempt to clean it up over the entire long weekend we were there! They also don’t inform you that if you do not leave your room by a certain time, (we left at about 1pm) then it won’t get tidied and made up with fresh towels.

The Two Rivers Motel is in a terrible condition. I have photos that show piles of accumulated rubbish from guests' rooms, crumbling concrete verandahs, a wreck of a pool, illegible safety signs. The toilet blocked, luckily on our last night. The bathroom sink was cracked and discoloured. Rubbish was not cleared, the room not serviced at all. The carpet was stained. The only good thing is the motel's location on a pretty lagoon. However, the proprietors cut down all the flowering native plants and told another guest, whose tv did not work and did not have cutlery, he was going to cut down the beautiful trees that shade the garden. Outside furniture was broken and unstable. We were not provided with any milk on arrival and the female receptionist insisted on taking my driver's license number, which i refused. This motel should not be operating until or if it is fixed and made suitable for paying guests. I intend to contact the Wentworth tourism authority about this place.

These guys went the extra mile for us, it was a late booking, they said “no problem” arrived at 2.30am, the heater was on and everything was ticketyboo!! Recommend this place to all!!!
