"This was our second stay at the Elimwood and was even better than the first. We returned based on cost, cleanliness, and close proximity to the concert venues. We were greeted promptly by a very pleasant woman when we arrived, she took her time explaining how the shuttle service worked and checking us in. We had no idea we had a free shuttle available to us and were ecstatic about the amenity. Everything was again clean, as expected. All staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The only complaint I could possibly foresee was that the pool was not open, however we did not even have time to use it anyway. Great stay! "

"Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much. "
