Abendessen haben wir nicht teilgenommen und können somit nichts dazu sagen. Leider war das Restaurant am Ufer zum See geschlossen. Schwimmbad innen, wie auch außen waren klasse. Strand sehr klein. Fitnessraum ging gar nicht, ein 4 Sterne Hotel /Resort sollte in der heutigen Zeit modernere Geräte und mehr Geräte für diese Anzahl von Gästen haben, der Raum...

"Eigentlich ein super schönes Hotel mit tollem Außenbereich und ein wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon. Aber wir konnten nur kalt duschen und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt (34 Grad Außentemperatur). Wie wir an der Rezeption erfuhren, war bekannt, dass der Boiler defekt ist, aber beim Check in oder bei Buchung wurden wir darüber nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt. Sehr schade, aber das geht gar nicht."

"Person at check in wasn't great....didn't even speak German, gave feedback the next day about that and a couple of other things and that member of staff went above and beyond! Breakfast situation was odd.....seems like the restaurant is a popular brunch spot so not so easy to book, service was extremely slow and somewhat sullen.....would not recommend the breakfast piece. Other than that the rooms are small but beautifully put together, great location for Berlin west."
