"I chose this w/o knowing what to expect. Needed a place for 2 nights to be close to family. Small town atmosphere which had a great ladies store walking distance. The Hotel itself had great food and many patrons were eating on the patio on Saturday afternoon. The diningroom was busy w locals inside as well in the evening. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast for 15 euro was good value. The only thing we didnt like was the bed cover was too heavy and extra pillow choices would be better too."

"Beds were very comfortable. Furniture in rooms very comfortable. Walking/biking trails amazing. Food was good. Service great. ** only issue: it’s very remote & Uber is nonexistent and taxis are extremely expensive.***. So make sure you rent a car. Overall, highly recommended. "

"Not truly family-friendly – disappointing stay. We booked this hotel because it claimed to be family-friendly, but it was a big letdown. The pool was out of order (without any warning), and with it, the sauna was unavailable too — a major reason we chose this place. The “playground” they promised in the listing? Not at the hotel. It’s somewhere in the village, which isn’t the same thing. Our room faced the main street, making it noisy at night, and the blackout curtains left a huge 50 cm gap — so forget about proper sleep. If you’re looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are looking tired and need updating bu bathrooms are relatively new. The newly reopened restaurant offers a comprehensive range of menu options , is good vale and definitely worth a visit."
